A little about Team Pisolino Rentals -

Wendy has been a Superhost for over 7 years. She had 9 clients who owned 12 properties in Casa Blanca and Costa Diamante in Puerto Penasco, Sonora Mexico. Offering superior service and communication, Wendy has 100's of guests that return to the area every year and search her out specifically. Wendy is a mother of 2 adult boys, 31 and 30 years old living in Merida and Mexicali, respectively, and a lovely adult 35 year old daughter who is married and living in California with her husband. Wendy was born and raised in Mexico City and is both a Mexican and German citizen.

Craig met Wendy in September of 2020. Moving to Puerto Penasco from Southern California, Craig is a Realtor here in Sonora and assists with Wendy in Property Management. With all this activity going on Craig and Wendy now serve 30 clients and 36 properties, both as a Superhosts. Craig has a 30 year old son who is married and living in Oregon and a 34 year old daughter and Son-in-law in Texas. They have 3 kids. Craig and Wendy married on June 30, 2023!

Penny Montgomery has been coming to Puerto Penasco since 1997 after moving from Missouri to Arizona in 1996.

"As I made friends and fell more and more in love with the community, my trips became more frequent, from 2 trips a years to once a month and finally began renting long term in 2019. After covid and having the ability to work from anywhere in the world, I moved from AZ to Puerto Penasco full time in 2021 and purchased my home in 2022. I have immersed myself into the community, building lifetime friendships and contacts. My friends often refer to me as the “tour guide of Peñasco” and come to me for referrals for any and every need they might have during their stay here. I live in the Mirador area so I am centrally located to Mirador, Los conchas and El Malecón. I love this community and it’s my goals to make sure all guests have the best experience."

Penny started with Pisolino Rentals in April of 2023. She is a wonderful addition to the Pisolino Rentals family and although she will be responsible for specific condos at this time, her role will grow quickly as she learns our business.

We are super excited to have her with us!

Vania Verdugo is from Puerto Penasco and is married with 3 kids. Vania started with us in May of 2024 and is full time with Pisolino Rentals. She also works in the community as a singer at various restaurants and other venues.

We offer 2, 3 and 4 Bedroom condos at Casa Blanca Golf Villas Resort and other 2 bedrooms at Bella Sirena. We also have an incredible Penthouse at Bella. We have 2 condos near El Mirador about 5 blocks from the beach and a Villa in Pinacate. We have a huge house for 10 in Las Conchas.

We monitor our phones continually and are always a phone call or text away.

We all live in Puerto Penasco, all year round, within 2-5 minutes of all the properties we manage. We welcome you to come and enjoy Rocky Point, or Puerto Penasco, as the locals call it and relax, nap, swim, golf, play tennis, jump in the sea, go on a sunset cruise, or any of the other many things to do here.

Oh and one more thing...What does Pisolino mean? Nap - in Italian. The official name of our Company is Pisolino-Siesta, S.R.L. NAP-NAP in Italian and Spanish. 😎
